The minimum rental period is 24 hours within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Our cars cannot be taken outside Bahrain.
Yes! If you wish to extend your rental, please visit Enterprises Rent A Car (ERAC) in person to renew the agreement and settle the advance payment. If the car is not returned on time, a late fee applies based on the vehicle type.
A delay charge will be applied per hour as follows:
BD 3 for small cars
BD 5 for medium cars
BD 8 for big cars
BD 15 for luxury & sports cars
If the car is booked by the traffic authorities, you will also be responsible for the daily rent until the car is released.
Simply contact ERAC immediately. Do not attempt to use or repair the vehicle yourself. Repairs must only be handled by our authorized service partners.
If you're involved in an accident, you must:
✔ Notify Traffic Directorate & ERAC immediately
✔ Obtain an official traffic accident report on the same day
If the accident is your fault, you will be responsible for repair charges based on the car category, daily rental fees while the car is in the workshop, and any other applicable costs.
No, only the hirer (the person who signed the rental agreement) is allowed to drive the car. If an unauthorized driver is involved in an accident, the hirer will be fully responsible for all damages and costs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our rental cars. Any smoking-related damage (burn marks, odor, stains) will result in additional charges.
To avoid extra fuel charges, please return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it. If returned with an empty tank, fuel charges will apply:
BD 10 for small cars
BD 12 for medium cars
BD 14 for big cars
BD 18 for luxury & sports cars
